
What are you doing to take care of yourself in 2021? With so much hustling and bustling in our daily lives- We can forget to stay grounded.
We can feel pulled in many different directions at times and this can weigh heavy on us.
It is important to take the time to stop and breathe. Appreciate all the beauty around you, and inside you. Recognizing this will keep your cup filled, and you will have all the energy in the world you need to do all the things you were meant to do.
A centering practice, some time at the beach, and good, nourishing food to reset your whole system, refresh your energy, and re-enter your life with clarity.
We will start the day with Yoga practice, followed by a light snack and a mindful walk to the jetties. . Step into a space of healing and magic, and let the ocean breeze clear away everything that's been weighing you down.
We will learn about and experience the clearing away of old ideas and beliefs thru powerful ancient healing practices. Participants will be challenged to take an honest look of what can be let go and where they can grow. They will be inspired to see beyond limitations, and answer the calling of their own heart.

Lunch
afternoon workshop followed by a yoga practice.
We will wrap up around 4 then you will have the rest of the day to hang out at the beach or pool.
No experience in yoga necessary.
Refund policy:
This is a rain or shine event, many of the activities can be done inside. There will be no refunds for weather unless it is mandatory that we cancel due to evacuations.
We will issue partial 50/50 refunds up until 10 days before the event. The money is used to secure the space, marketing, and preparations so we will not be able to issue full refunds.

Both events will be facilitated by Amanda Mavar Schmidt and Sheri Sekul
Amanda is a certified yoga teacher and reiki practitioner. She has taught for 3 years in studios, led retreats and workshops, and is currently in a 500 hour training with 90 Monkeys Studio out of Boulder, CO. She has also completed a 100 hour yin yoga training and is now studying the yoga of Ayurveda. She has attended multiple self-Improvement seminars with Tony Robbins and works with a personal and life coach to continue stretching and growing her capabilities. She is passionate about helping others achieve higher levels of success.
Sheri Sekul is a certified yoga and art teacher. She currently teaches middle school in the FL Panhandle and at Dragonfly yoga. Sheri is studying to become a licensed yoga and art therapist and is currently in her 500 hour yoga training at Dragonfly yoga.
